Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA, Flo (25 μg/mL), ICC (10 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-Fr, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL, Use 10 μL to label 1-2.5x10^5 bEnd.3 cells in a total reaction volume < 200 μL. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1.0 μg/mL The detection limit is ~5 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Use under reducing conditions is not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5-50 fold. Immunohistochemistry: 25 μg/mL. Used with frozen sections of normal mouse kidney and heart fixed with 85 mM Na2HPO4, 75 mM KH2P04, 4 % paraformaldehyde, and 14 % (v/v) saturated picric acid,  pH 6.9. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL. Used with bEnd.3 cells. Cells were fixed with PBS, 4 % paraformaldehyde and blocked with PBS, 10 % normal donkey serum, 0.1 % Triton X-100, 1 % BSA. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS, BSA.
